Yeh we've lost folk to plastics before. The thing is people underestimate the sheer blood loss and optential for unseen internal bleeding and then people arrent and die from hypovolemia. It is a very serious surgery and the bigger the surface area operated on the greater potential for bleeding. It amazes me when they discharge people to hotels after major surgery like this. I want plastics but to be honest they scare the shite out of me.

I am on the mend. Currently on a wound vac and still in the hospital. Surgeon is going to take me back to or tomorrow and close me up with hopes of releasing to home on Thursday. I am feeling so very much better already after all the antibiotics and having all the dead tissue removed.
