Need Probiotic Help

I take two kinds - PDU and Culturelle - one in the AM and the other at night. They have different complements of bugs. I figure the more types I take, the higher the likelihood that SOMETHING will work.

When I was recently majorly antibioticized, I went to my local health food place and got the refrigerated powder that mixes with water and did that for a week. Tasted like...well...bacteria with bananas, but I really felt that it worked. I didn't have any of the usual antibiotic diarrhea or nausea. After the week, I went back to my usual Primal Defense Ultra.

I was on a probiotic in the hospital and have been taking one since home...my son's and wife's. I have PDU arriving today and will 3 time a day it.
