Hey guys,
So I've seen it referenced a bunch of times that you should drink a protein shake within a relatively short period of time after mixing it, is this true? And if it is true, what's the deal with the RTD shakes? A lot of times the shakes bother my tummy, but if I drink it in installments throughout the day, there's less distress. Just want to make sure it's not pointless to do that and if it is, kinda see why. Thanks, oh knowledgeable ones :)

I searched using different engines and the best answer that I could come up with is that they do not degrade. Of course, it could spoil if left out of the refrigerator all day. I can't find any supporting information to the protein breaking down.

Oh, well I can handle that. I always keep it in the fridge as that would be gross not to and I always use extra liquid to make it so it wouldn't get too thick. Thanks ladies!
