Who knew?
Apparently, the more our processed foods contain bits and pieces of these offending foods, the more IBS drug commercials we see.
I get my first delivery in ten days. They have a “Just send me the food” option, and a “program.” Really good news is that you don’t have to order two of each meal. (Now we need a similarly inclined place for Mr. Sue.) For $99 more, you can buy a package of three visits with a Registered Dietician. The first appointment alone is 90 minutes long!
The not so great news is that almost EVERYTHING in the meal we ordered for tonight is on the No-No list.
Anyway, then I found (am I the only one who didn’t know this stuff?) a place that sells Low FODMAP versions of foods and sells regular food that is low FODMAP.
