Hi I am JD my journey began in 2007. I had surgery for a BPDS, I got a sleeve due to complications. Practice closed in 2008. I moved to NC in 2009. Insurance 2010, Now 2017 denial number 3, trying to get this completed. I have BCBS Federal.

I don't know whether we will be able to help or not, we will need to know the gory details. Also, if you don't have it already, you need your EOC (Evidence of Coverage, a lengthy document that outlines the specifics of what is covered in the way of bariatric surgery and what their criteria are, and also your appeals rights) and your medical records.
