I am so excited to be on this site, I know I am going to learn some really valuable information. About me I am 36 and I had a revision on July 18, 2018 in Knoxville TN by Dr. Williams @ New life. He fully revised my sleeve and added the DS. My first sleeve was done in 2014 and I lost 147 pounds, fell in love and got pregnant TWICE. I have been blessed with 2 little boys who are my world, 2 years old and 7 months old. Needless to say to weight gain between the two pregnancies was close to 100 pounds, so that is why i did the revision. I am 3 weeks post op, and down 50 pounds so far. I am excited for this new journey but at the same time stressed for the "rumors" that revisons are slow and dont always work.

Welcome Momma2boys
Williams is a good surgeon but is stubborn...would not consider anyone under a 50 BMI for the DS. I refused to get the RNY just cause HE decided I shouldn't get the DS. He didn't have to live with it. I ended up with Boyce. Over 7 years ago.

You are still early out but do NOT, I repeat do NOT fall for buying the Barilife vitamins. They aren't enough, Boyce's wife is the CEO and it lines their pockets to sell them.

There are others, just type Bailife in the search field.

We have a whole forum on what vitamins and labs that DS'ers need. We always suggest starting with the Vitalady list but as soon as you start getting post op labs, you start tweaking and we are glad to tell you what we would do.
