Hi and welcome. A wheel chair is definitely a wise move and makes things so much easier. When I had my channel extending revision with Dr K where he also found and fixed an internal hernia that had popped again, we flew Delta first class from LAX to MSP and then to PIA. The wheel chair service was definitely such a huge convenience and well worth the $5 tip each time. First class back after surgery and the wheel chair is what I have done for I think all three of my surgeries with Dr K. I battle nutritional issues so I don't have a tremendous amount of strength and especially after surgery , so that is why I do both. The biggest reason I pop for First Class is that I have zero meath on my ass an a 4 hour flight in coach absolutely kills my tail bone and spine.
