Just wanted to say hello and see if any rny's are out there and how you all are doing. Maintenance here, had surgery in July 2010. Struggling but hopeful, because when I follow the plan, I can still feel my tool working for me. Hope you all have a great day,

Thanks Jackie. Grazing is my nemesis! Need to keep the protein up and the carbs down.

@italianspice hello grazing has been a problem for me. Since I malnourished I eat all day. Even when I'm not hungry. I think I broke my mind, lol. I eat because oh this has this many protein in it. I know it's a mental thing that I'm so afraid of getting sick again.

Good morning Charris!
This is so much more mental than I ever thought. I hope you are well now, I would imagine if you were sick, it even makes things more difficult with the added anxiety. Thanks for replying, I really appreciate it.
