Why not put the pill under your tongue. Would that help, being that the DS changes the way food and pills get digested.?

I hate leaving something in my mouth that way...I never could just let lozenges just dissolve...I just HAD to chew. And depending on which generic, the taste varies from the straight chalk taste to a slightly sweet taste to the chalk.

@southernlady do you know how they determine our dosages? I feel better after three days on this medicine, but I also feel like I'm not quite breaking through to feeling great. It's like I can see that potential dangling in front of me now but I'm still dealing with fatigue and some brain fog. I want to break out of this prison of feeling like crap and since this medicine is already helping, it's got to be the key. Do they need to keep taking blood to adjust the dosage?

They do it thru blood tests. They will start at the lowest dose and move up based on that.
