I spent several hours yesterday morning what I'd done to myself to give myself acid reflux and then I remembered the last time I thought this, it turned out to be a sore throat from a cold. Woke up today and I do have a cold - I hope it goes away before it gets any worse. It did give me some empathy for people with acid reflux though.


B 3 scrambled eggs w lotsa cheese (30)
S Yogurt (5)
S Fish sticks (15)
L Haddock & beans (25)
S Pistachios (15)
D Chili w lotsa grated cheese (30)
Protein total (120)
F 72+
V All in (inc 8 calcium batches) nightime iron, vit C & copper & strontium batches pending
 
Had to take my time, but had a couple of big protein meals today. Still battling wanting carbs, sigh...

S- shake- 24
L- slice of frittata & bacon- 20
S- sausage queso dip- 34
D- steak & a little broccoli- 46
S- peanut butter on a spoon- 8
Total- 152

S: Most of a protein shake (finished it this morning)
D: Steak and a bit of broccoli with a homemade mayo/butter sauce.
