I'm seriously toying with the idea (thanks to Kirmy) of going to a slimming club on Monday and doing it for 6 weeks which is when I go on holiday. If I could get off a couple of lbs a week in that time then I'd be happy. I'll still be looking to stay protein focussed, but I think going to a meeting will do me some good.
