I use Vialady B12 and B complex (all which makeme gag horribly) and cut them back to every other day due to mega high B12. However I also had mega high folate ad as taking PPI's as well. Now I'm getting the hmmmmmm's. Mind you I am relatively symptom free as far as the fuckery goes. Just gonna order me some more B12's. Prrreciousss thingsssss.
