I'm glad it worked...kale chips just do not appeal to me. I'd have to find another way.

Ohhh they are soooo good. I cook kale in the oven with seasalt and balsamic drizzled on top them nom down on that salty goodness. It also makes your poo look like a compost heap after you've mowed the lawn

Okay, good to know. Does it cause abdominal discomfort and cramping? Or does it just work?

For me, there was some cramping and a large amount of gas although, mine is still not "DS" stinky. My stools were soft but not watery and I had to go a few times over a couple of hours.

Yeh it is a bit like taking a mild laxative with all of that fibre. You'll be given a loofa sponge from the inside out.

It was a bit like that. I love the texture of kale chips though. Once I make them, I can't leave them alone. I will have to make sure I plan accordingly!
