Can I take all my protin shake at once

I am new to this website and have a question about taking all my protein shake at once. My protein supplement it very thin. I was hoping to take all three scope in the morning instead of throughout the day. Just wanting to know if this is okay or not. ?

no. divide it up through the day, partly for hopefully better absorption, but also to enforce better eating habits as you move forward.
