Rotisserie Chicken (about 2 cups)
8 ounce cream cheese, softened
1/2 Cup Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce
1/2 Cup Blue Cheese dressing
1/2 Cup butter, melted (optional)
1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix 1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce with softened cream cheese. Spread into bottom of a 9x9 square pan. Mix the other 1/4 cup of Frank's sauce and the melted butter (optional) with shredded rotisserie chicken (may use canned chicken if desired). Layer chicken over cream cheese mixture. Next, pour blue cheese dressing over the chicken layer. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly hot. Serve with tortilla chips. May be served with celery sticks and carrot sticks for lower-carb option.

I make a dip similar to this, except I use ranch dressing instead of blue cheese. Also, instead of Frank's Red Hot, I prefer to use Texas Pete Mild Buffalo Sauce because I do not like the spiciness of the Frank's Red Hot. :p
