@star0210 I think you guys did real good. At the end of the day, that's all you can ask of each other. You did all you can and have a clear conscience and are NOT enabling the self imposed downward spiral. She will probably continue sponging off whomever she can until the wells all run dry, then the usual next step is finding a douche bag boyfriend that will let her live with him for a while, or...she just might some day actually "get it" and do for herself. Again one never knows what to expect for sure and for us, we've learned to fully expect the worst while never ever giving up hope totally and hoping for the best and that's about all you can do.
