Where's the Beef???

Hi
It seems that when I eat beef I go to the bathroom more excessively than other foods. Is that also your experience?

Nope. But then again, I’ve always been a beef eater. Mine is coffee...which is exactly why I have a cup daily. To go and get it done with.
