So, definitely yes on the binder, and at least two solid weeks of taking it super easy?
I am most interested in when I will be able to drive again, and SWIM! It's hot here in CA!

Definitely 2 weeks if super easy and maybe three. I am still tender at the screw line and if I get bloated or any kind intestinal distress it gets painful. No pain meds so far today but might reedit to sleep

Pretty good. I can tell I still have a good deal of swelling because gas and needing to poop makes the gut hurt, especially at the screw line.

I am a little nauseous today for some reason but gut doing better today.

I am definitely getting better and making sure I take ibuprofen to keep swelling down.
