Hello from Ruby, I'm glad I found you guys

I'm Ruby, also known as Petunia on the other site so I kept that name too. I recognize a lot of faces from years past, didn't know where everyone was. So glad I was sent a message leading me here. I'm 9 years out from having a DS and am experiencing some osteoporosis that I need to work on. Recently had total knee surgery and have experienced a 23 pound weight loss, working on gaining some of that back. I know it sounds weird but it is like my DS has been reset to the very beginning since my surgery in July. Guess I'll look around and read some posts.

I have osteo. issues, too. My doctor has me on more calcium than ever (my Vit. D is good) and I'm going to have my 3rd Reclast Infusion next month.
