What are the odds these guys are measuring their OWN failures?

I'm preop, so please don't hurt me. I take gummy vitamins for my daily multivitamin. I've seen a lot of passing comments on gummy vitamins here. Are they generally bad or does the post DS malabsorbtion 'break' them?
I think the problem with most gummies is that they aren't complete adult vitamins. I also compare any I take to centrum. For me, part of the issue with gummies that have more stuff, is that many of the things we need in them are NOT tasty (especially some B vitamins). If there has to be any butt-flavor in my vitamins, I'd rather just swallow 'em whole.
