Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Calcium ratios?

But the “normal” ratios don’t apply to us, do they?

If I behave, I take 150k IUs of D3 daily. That’s because I don't absorb it via food. But I don’t KNOW if I malabsorb Vitamin A. And I need to take both w/calcium.

My Vitamin A (palmitate) is 25k capsules.

Any ideas on how much A is needed w/D when I don’t know if my Vitamin A levels are normal?

If your A is mid normal, don’t fret, it’s not dependent on D.
I don’t know what my A is. I don’t know that it was ever tested. Does an excess or deficiency show up in other results? (Like…I know I probably need more Vit K when my PTT/clotting time is too high.).

No, A is not shown in any other test. It will show up in your vision.

But why isn't your A level being checked? It's just one more blood test, no special requirements. Get it checked!
