More examples would be awesome too, guys :). It's been great so far.

Another book recommendation for newbies which might help with the kind of habit forming DS life requires - eating 120 gms of protein, taking supplements, tracking labs etc. are all habits that come with practice. I know this sounds commonsensical. But, I love studying ways in which to improve my ability to organize life, prepare myself for change and stick to it. Here's a brainpickings review of an excellent book on Habit Formation. I'd recommend it. I like it so far.
