Dr. Keshishian and a medical student are doing a study looking specifically at the implication of COVID-19 vaccination and infections on weight loss and malnutrition in people who have had primary gastric sleeve or traditional duodenal switch bariatric surgery, or revisions to those surgeries from adjustable gastric band. The information collected is only used to correlate with lab results available in our office to identify possible correlations between Covid Vaccination, Covid Infection, and weight gain or weight loss and the associated nutritional status.
