I'm up today. Ugh!

This week 152
Last week 150 (or 150.5, cannot remember). Lol

Goal under 140, preferably 135 ish
 
Down 4 pounds, 6 from last week but I was up 2 from the week before. Happy with that!

(Look at how close my butterfly is getting to the end! v v v v)

You are a wonder! You have done so amazingly well!


Last week 199.6
Friday 197.6 I can't weigh today either but, I did have a fun day with Liz and a few others yesterday!
Loss of 2 pounds

Oops...just focus on the basics. You'll get there

Focus on basics!
 
Arrived back home late last night.
Last weight one month ago 120
Today 123

Was slightly nervous about not meticulously tracking my food for so long. Just tried to focus on protein, but while I did ok, I know I did not get in 100 grams every single day. Taking my Nectar in a baggie did help for breakfast, but I ran out midway. So many carbs in this world and I ate quite a bit of them so I am surprised that my gain wasn't more! Did so much walking I'm sure I burned a lot more than I normally do! All in all, the month long trip went great with no real food or gas issues!!! Yay!!!!!
