WTG! AwesomeLast week. 141
This week. 138!!
This makes exactly 100 down from my pre-op two week diet which I started on 5-26-16. Surgery was 6-10-16. I'm now about 6 pounds from entering "normal" BMI-land! I've gotten some of the "don't lose much more" comments but I'm not letting them bug me. When strangers say it, as Southern Lady said, then I'll worry. Hubby says no way do I look sickly, he says "you look great", and I trust him. It's all very surreal and I keep having the Cinderella feeling, and I DON'T want midnight to ever come!
You are doing great!2 weeks ago 178
Today 178
Funny thing, this DS. Still learning 4+ years out. When I'm super strict, i.e., less than 50 carbs per day, the damn scale won't budge. When I indulge- my daughter's bday this week, and she left the cake here- I maintain or drop a pound or 2. I'm happy. I'll keep on keeping on. And if I live at 178, so be it. People say I look "great", and I didn't have this surgery to have to "diet" the rest of my life.
Have a great week, everyone!

The first gain after the DS is scary but your NSV is awesome.LW: 183.6
TW: 184.9 (Up 1.3 first gain since surgery)
NSV: A friend brought me a stack of size 14 shorts and skorts today. They all fit. (20's were tight 4 months ago)
I didn't even have to 'suck in' to button them. I was so excited I yelled super loud and scared my 12yo. Oops.
LW 67.7kg | 149.3lbs
TW 68.7kg | 151.5lbs
I keep bouncing around between these two numbers...with only one overnight trip left before the end of semester, hoping two months (mostly) in one place will let me focus and build an exercise routine (ugh!) and get the scale down some more if possible.
NSV is having taken all my vitamins now for two weeks straight. I was very compliant in the morning, and maybe 50/50 in the evenings. My labs were pretty good, but I want to make sure they stay there! Selamat Hari Ray/Eid Mubarak to all! I'm enjoying my day 'off' recovering from my delayed flight (reached home at 3am) and going for a facial this afternoon to use a gift voucher before it expires.
