Bounced around all week, with a substantial drop towards the end. I spent all weekend asleep in bed, feeling generally off, and made protein a priority. Looking forward to my vacation this week - so I won't be around next weekend! I'll be sure to take some tropical island pics for the week after. I've also just realised I should test my snorkel mask...it's a full-face one and my face has shrunk a lot since July last year when I last used it!
Ummm, yeah you do need to try it on before trying to use it, lol.

I'm sorry you were under the weather. Feel better.
Last month: 228
This month: 231

My lowest weight was 223 at 9 months out. Now, 16 months out, I'm up to 231. Feel like I can eat a lot again but I already had my sleeve "tightened" once so...? Yes, I'm eating carbs, but plenty of protein, too. My albumin and total protein numbers are excellent. And I walk 20 miles a week.

At this point, I'm just hoping the weight regain ends soon!

How soon after you stopped losing did you put on the 10% bounce back? Anybody?
Maybe cut back on the grain type carbs.

Btw, 10% is average. 10% for me would have been 8 lbs, I regained 20.

How long after you stopped losing did you begin to regain? And how long did it take to regain?

About 10 mins....no, seriously I was back up 3 lbs by the following Sunday (was weighing weekly by then as well). I have been at the 140's for the last 4 years. My lowest was 121. My highest since then was 151, I think. I have been able to re-lose about 6-8 lbs.

So, if you really wanted to loose another 10 pounds, could you do it and would you need to really work hard to maintain it?

Me? Probably yes. It is harder to maintain than what I am now. I would have to be a bit more anal about what I eat. Then again, my diabetes has reared its head again even at normal BMI. Going on medication for it may help as well.

I forgot to post but I was 180 on Sunday. I seem to be hovering from 180-182 in real weight (not completely shit out and not loaded with shit either - well yes I am loaded with shit but that is different :D ).
