Good for you. How are you feeling?177 lbs and holding firmly between 172-180. I do need to keep an eye out for losing too much weight, but I think I'm stabilizing at a very nice place.

I'm feeling good Liz, thanks for asking. While I still feel too skinny, the general consensus among friends/family is that I look healthy and perfectly sized to them. And this after I promised to kill anyone attempting to blow smoke up my ass...I asked for honest truth. My energy level is better also of late. All in all I'm a thriving, successful DS'er thanking God everyday I'm not the super morbidly obese guy I was before.
