It doesn’t help that I’m suffering a bit of constipation this morning. Not enough fat the last week. I’m trying to cut back on the carb rabbit hole I went down over the last year. I’m adding more protein but I need more fat. I’ll have to work on that.

here I was happy to see your weight up, but sounds like you are not. whatever makes you feel good!

I think I am about the same and trying to be mindful about exercise, since I seem to have quietly quit my gym (now I need to go do it in writing so they stop charging me) and increase the movement I am doing at home, especially, since it is winter.

I love how the days are getting longer!

I’m happy it’s up but not happy for the constipation.

Yeah, if you are gonna quit, you need it in writing.

@southernlady Hope you find some relief! I had heard somewhere that a sincle Krispy Kreme donut was a quick solution for constipation. Not sure how you feel about them, but might work I *finally* had my first bite of one this past week, and while decidedly not enough of fan to make it to a second bite, they did seem so high in fat, their use as a constipation cure seems plausible.

@JackieOnLine hope the weather allows you to cancel that membership and enjoy the great outdoors!

I’d love a KK but there’s not one close by. However it is pączek season here and those work almost as well. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pączki
Pittsburg has a heavy Polish population as does metro Detroit. While we tend to get the more jelly filled ones, the ones that sell the most are prune filled (never tried those).
