I started on a higher dose of Topamax about 10 days. Surprisingly my weight has stayed stable. And each day is a surprise as to constipation!

oh, dear, I prefer consistency in all things GI related and I'd guess you do, too, but good for you for maintaining!

I just sent an email cancelling my gym membership despite being up a bit (going by pants) but I really need some other way to exercise.

I just sent an email cancelling my gym membership despite being up a bit (going by pants) but I really need some other way to exercise.

We added some exercise equipment at home. I really didn’t want to go to a gym. This way, it’s sitting in my bedroom staring at me. The cats like to help. But it’s hard to ignore and I’m not going to use anything as a clothes rack.

Yeah, being constipated periodically isn’t fun. I get it fixed and something upsets the apple cart.
