I'm having issues (bloat, gas) will Greek yogurt now. It used to be my go-to mid-day protein snack. At one point, I bought the "diet" type of Greek yogurt by mistake and assumed the problem was due to the artificial ingredients. I went back to regular Greek yogurt with fruit on the bottom and still had gas/bloat problems. I'm so bummed. I actually like Greek yogurt but it makes me a gas machine now.

Another new development - I'm sick of thinking about food and tired of eating. I'm not even interested in the holiday junk food. What is wrong with me?!! I do eat my protein and if I can't eat dinner (too tired, not up to cooking) I will have tuna, eggs or a protein drink to get in my protein. Is this something others go through?

You are doing good with your weight.
Yeah, I’ve run into days to a few weeks that I felt the same way as far as food is concerned.
Could it be the fruit and not the yogurt itself. If it still happens with plain yogurt, it could be an intolerance to milk?

:dontknow: that would be rare for me and usually means I am sick. and depression usually has the opposite affect and so does low-level anxiety. hmm, maybe yes when very anxious.

how's the rest of your life going? sleeping OK? mood good?

I'm physically exhausted most of the time. Iron is okay, not due for an infusion. Probably just overdoing it and not getting enough sleep/rest.

Still hanging right at the 145 mark

The weather here is not so desirable- OMg it is so cold for the beginning of Dec. not sure what the winter is going to bring us.

Having some weird issues that I’m dealing with right now which are annoying, but also most likely completely unrelated my DS, so im just plugging away in complete disbelief that it’s been nearly 3 years since my surgery and 4 years since I started the whole process with classes and what not. Wow, where does the time go

I cannot even begin to tell you how many of my favorites randomly turn me into a bloated gas machine, so I find it is best to just rotate things around for me. I actually really like the ONE protein bars and the power crunch those are the only ones that I can manage to eat a full bar before I just get sick of it. I also will do eggs nearly any time of the day. I really like the “just crack an egg bowls” for a convenient mid-day snack. (I’ll do 2 eggs instead of just 1. Or I e poured liquid egg whites in too.

Sometimes I feel too tired to eat, and after eating I often want to sleep within 5 min, or mid meal I feel the need for a nap to the point it is debilitating- So I just try to keep the meal small and find something to distract me from the exhaustion. On the weekend I often wake at 5 eat breakfaat 1 and then back to sleep and eat again around 8 with the hubby as evenanother nap sometimes.

Wish I could offer better advice. I suffer from exhaustion also. My D is the only thing low and I take SOOO much of various kinds and even hit the tanning bed and cannot seem to get it to normal.

How much and what kind?

I have d in my multi
I take biotech d3 50,000 (daily) in morning.
I do d3-k2 which has 10,000d In The evenings
I also have d in my calcium which I do 2x daily (afternoon and evening)

The doctor has done the whole d2 thing 3x week for 12 weeks a couple of times but that has no impact

If this were me, I would double the BioTech D3.
As far as the D in my multi and calcium, I don’t bother counting those.
