It is exhausting when your BP is low. Be careful.glad you were able to maintain, Liz, and Merry Christmas week to you!
I was sick all last week and haven't been back to the gym so haven't weighed but will update here when I do. I know in the past whenever my weight is down due to being sick it always bounces right back up so I expect that.
but it will all be confused with water gain/loss and other issues due to the BP meds not figured out. the diuretic I'd been put on seemed to be doing what it was supposed to and then I spent a week with a fever and getting dehydrated and I don't know what-all.
Friday morning when I woke up I was so stoked the fever was down! I got in my shower and ended up so dizzy that I almost passed out. so scary! it was an hour before I was well enough to take my BP but it was low, and when I stood up I couldn't get a reading, I think it was too low. Yesterday, almost as bad. SO exhausting when your BP is low!
I'm going back to my NP Monday but I sure didn't take the damn pill today.
sorry such a long post, but I feel great this morning.
Tylenol is better for headaches than Ibuprofen anyway
For many aches and pains, ibuprofen is best. But for standard headaches, Tylenol works best.I'm glad it's back to normal, Liz.
people rave about Ibuprofen but I have never found it helps a headache and Tylenol sure does.
