Staying steady and feeling great. It feels so nice to be in the middle of holiday season and not be frantically looking through my closet for bigger pants and planning my diet to start in January.

I got the box mailed to the grands yesterday and the rest of theirs going direct via amazon so now I can breathe and enjoy. I plan on some candy and cookie making, I enjoy doing it, and will make into gift trays. Have a good week everyone!

I think its fluids. Yesterday I was 132. Yes I am still a daily weigher but only write down Sunday. I know it comes from gaining all of my RNY weight back.
I love sweets. Working at the Film Festival where goodies are plentiful is a chance. I also tend to drink more alcohol during the holidays...have to keep an eye on that too...

And that includes cookie day. Which means taste testing everything. Luckily cookies now make me GO. My new intestines do not like cookies as much as I do. Probably a good thing.

Start adding more protein and fat. Go slow on the fat, about 10 more grams every 3-7 days. And work your protein up as well.LW 226.0

I'm not worried, you're worried. LOL! I thought things would go faster but I guess it is what it is. I am eating as suggested and getting about 64 oz water/d. I hope this slow loss is normal. Carbs for the week avg 20/d; fats 47/d; protein 57/d. I am 5.5 weeks out. I am open to suggestions. Have a great week everyone. Lynn
