I got the box mailed to the grands yesterday and the rest of theirs going direct via amazon so now I can breathe and enjoy. I plan on some candy and cookie making, I enjoy doing it, and will make into gift trays. Have a good week everyone!

Staying steady and feeling great. It feels so nice to be in the middle of holiday season and not be frantically looking through my closet for bigger pants and planning my diet to start in January.

I stopped the candy, cookie making back in 97 when I came home from a PCP visit diagnosing me with diabetes and had a kitchen and dining room full of that stuff. I will make one or two things but nothing like I use to.

Good for you. And isn’t it great to not worry about that? We just need to refocus on proper DS eating.

I think its fluids. Yesterday I was 132. Yes I am still a daily weigher but only write down Sunday. I know it comes from gaining all of my RNY weight back.

I love sweets. Working at the Film Festival where goodies are plentiful is a chance. I also tend to drink more alcohol during the holidays...have to keep an eye on that too...

Good going. But don't count on cookies doing that from now on. Tomorrow may be different.
 
Ugh, have not weighed all week, but jeans seem OK. Will weight in next week.

Congrats to everyone who is doing well, and hang in there @Whit, becasue, well, bouncy is part of the game.

I'm not worried, you're worried. LOL! I thought things would go faster but I guess it is what it is. I am eating as suggested and getting about 64 oz water/d. I hope this slow loss is normal. Carbs for the week avg 20/d; fats 47/d; protein 57/d. I am 5.5 weeks out. I am open to suggestions. Have a great week everyone. Lynn

Start adding more protein and fat. Go slow on the fat, about 10 more grams every 3-7 days. And work your protein up as well.

By the end of 3 months you want to be at 90 grams of protein, 4 months 120, then adjust to your labs keeping your protein lab at a 7 minimum.

You want your fat anywhere from 100-150 grams a day to keep skin supple and your brain healthy and to poop comfortably.
 
Full of a cold all weekend and now waiting for a flight to Indonesia, so no weigh in from me.
