Phew I lost the gain in the middle of the week and off it stayed. The weather is crazy unseasonably hot right now time to get out in it and enjoy the sunshine

We have finally hit fall...woke up to 39 yesterday morning and this morning it was all of 44. LOVING IT!!!!

@southernlady we had to put the heat on yesterday morning! And @Whit my brother and SIL, who often have to use the heat at night in AUGUST were enjoying being at the beach the last few days in SF

I had my 4 month check up today. I weighed in at 242 today down 53 lbs. from 6-12-14 surgery date.
