Sunday Weigh In (10/27/2024)

good for you, Liz, going the right direction!

Last time I weighed myself it was 152 and I think I have been relatively stable there for awhile. I don't like it, but on the other hand there has been so much change since July I am trying to fix other parts of my life first.

In the past, working on "eating" issues has always backfired, while working on my LIFE more generally works.

so my hope/plan is to increase my range of motion and strength while not gaining. then, in the spring, plan to get down a bit.

If you stay steady while working on everything else, that works. Then once your life is in place, you can work on how you are eating.

I’m back up. Doing good eating protein. I found some steak tips at Costco that are just heat in the garlic butter they provide and eat. Awesome! Also got some pulled pork for baby pork sliders.
I'm so happy to hear this! 🫶🏻 The steak tips sound amazing 😍 I'm going to see if they have than at our local Costco!

Still hobbling around. I go tomorrow morning for more x-rays and more tests to see if I will need surgery. Getting pretty tired of being in pain.
