Ok DS veterans, here are my current supplement list and my latest labs. I would appreciate any advice you may have for me. I have yet to find a Dr. willing to help me sort it all out.;-/ Most of the labs were done a month ago. I am low in zinc, copper and Vit D. My sugar was running high back a couple of months but I have been addressing it with diet. I was anemic but that was addressed by hemo Dr. 6wks ago with infusions/transfusions). Five years prior to last year I was without health insurance so I just couldn't afford to pay out of pocket for labs and such and I felt fine so I took a daily multivitamin(mostly gummi's, I know not good now) and the occasional bottle of calcium and 50,000 vit D 1x month, and iron once or twice a week) it obviously wasn't enough. ;-(
I haven't been able to address everything at once but thus far the following is what I have been taking. Please let me know if you'd add or tweak anything.

Latest Labs from Hemo Dr. 5/30/17
everything within normal levels except
the following. He'll be checking this again in
6 weeks so my guess is that these will level out.

Ferritin 155.0 HIGH ng/mL 15.0 - 150.0
RCDW 27.1% HIGH (11.5 - 15.5)

Okay, add more D. Personally I would go to 100,000 a day and get retested in a month. Low D us why your PTH is high.

How much calcium is in each tablet?

Vitamin D3 250 IU, Calcium (elemental) 200mg, sodium 2.5mg
I'm taking 3 of these tabs daily since my calcium is within range.

Agree you need more D, Copper and Zinc, but you knew that. I'd consider upping your calcium intake by another tablet.

Calcium testing is a little misleading in that your parathyroid will FIGHT to keep it normal by leaching calcium from bones etc. Indeed, your high PTH shows that it may be working too hard. You want your PTH in the low normal range.

Was your folate tested? You are getting a lot of folic acid in your iron supplement. What about tests for B12?

Yes Folate and B-12 was tested on 4-5-17

Folate, serum 6.0 (<3.0 mg/nl)
B-12 490 (211 - 946 pg/ml)
Protein, serum 6.6 (6.0 - 8.5)
TSH - .036 LOW (.450 - 4.500 uiu/ml)
T4, free 2.13 HIGH (.82 - 1.77 ng/dl)

How much zinc & copper should I supplement and for how long before retesting?

I learned something new. I did not know this about PTH. Thanks for enlightening me :)
