Interesting that they didn't skin them - does that mean they come with entrails too? I would prefer my meat - um - more prepared than that. It annoys me that most poultry comes without the kidneys being completely removed - it used to be that poultry was more completely cleaned.

Raccoon eating is news? Puh-leeze! This is as exciting as a feed on my FB page about a new & wonderful way to make popcorn without a microwave. All it takes is a stove, a pan, some oil, and popcorn kernels. I've never had raccoon, but how do the idiots think we made popcorn before microwave ovens?

Gotcha. My dad brought home venison, I didn't eat any meat until I knew it was gone. I was not about to eat Bambi. So I guess I have to say I've never knowingly ate raccoon. I've had a lot of mystery meat so I suppose anything is possible.
