There are 68 facilities included in the Medicare rating, and 57 of them are considered to be “better,” than the one Charris is in. And...several of the deficiencies cited involve “actual harm” that occurred, or fire and/or safety hazards, then a move—no matter how hard—might be the best thing to do, especially if she is going to be there a while.
