Hello,

Please be aware that there are no surgeons in Colorado doing the DS. I live in the Denver area and I wasted a great deal of time and money on consultations/tests with the doctors that are advertising that they are doing them. I traveled to Utah to have mine done.

There are a couple CO surgeons who are doing the new procedure SADI and calling it a DS. There might be nothing bad about a SADI, but you need to have the heads-up that it is NEW and it is NOT the same as a DS. I'm already on board with the idea that SADI is vastly superior to RNY, but again, it is NEW. That means there isn't any long term information about it.
