@Charris - I found what seems to be a good PCP with Abrazo - Dr. Keller.

I had a good intake appointment with the new guy after moving to the West Valley of Phoenix. He ordered pretty much the entire DS lab panel, and I am feeling a little poorly (weak, tire easily) and have been eating not so well and have loss of appetite and stomach shrinkage over the last several months of living in the RV and under a lot of stress. I've also lost about another 20 lbs, mostly muscle I think.

I just got the first set of labs in, and they are in fact amazingly good, to my surprise, which leave the other obvious answer - I need to get up off my ass and start exercising. Since we are paying nearly $200/mo for HOA fees which include some amazing exercise opportunities (pools, exercise equipment and classes), I think the REAL answer is not in my supplements, but in my activity level.

B12 is a smidge high (no concern to me - I'm not taking anything other than what's in my once-a-day prenatal), and my D3 is at the top of the range (perhaps I can cut back a bit, but it's the dead of winter - albeit in Phoenix where there's a lot of sun, though I haven't been getting out much). And I am pleased as punch about my PTH level.

There are still several labs that haven't come in - ferritin, albumin, CRP are ones I noticed.

If you get a FitBit, we can monitor each other and compete for activity levels.

Uh oh. I see the seeds for sibling rivalry being planted. No way my sister and I could monitor each other without blood spillage at some point.

Well, being nearly 3000 miles apart is a good buffer. :)
Anything that gets the two of us moving would be a good thing.

Just teasing. You two make a good team wrangling your parents which is enormously stressful. If that hasn't led you to fisticuffs, nothing will. I can't talk about sibling rivalry. My sister doesn't even talk to me. She lives as far away from me as she can and still remain in the continental US.

Making pals at your community exercise classes may help you @DianaCox It'll motivate you when you run into neighbors and they say "Missed you at class yesterday." Maybe it will be the kind of class where they do extracurricular things like meet for lunch and/or drinks. That kind of bonding and accountability truly helps get one's ass to the class.

I will do that - once I get my flabby ass to the classes in the first place.

Had work stuff in the AM, then waiting for the washing machine repair guy (the sellers left a filthy machine with stuff in it, I think to hide that the knob mechanism was broken - but since I got a home inspection and the home inspector didn't see anything "wrong" with it, the home warranty paid for both the diagnosis and fix), then I washed the washing machine (unimaginably gross center cup which I don't even know what it was for - the fabric softener? even the bleach slot was gross), ran it through a full cycle and now I have a ton of laundry to wash.

And I got back to unpacking the kitchen and dining room stuff - I'm mostly done with the china cabinet (I am VERY proud of how well I packed our china and good stoneware - nothing broke, even though it was moved from the house to storage and then loaded on a moving van and driven here), and we finally found our Breville food processor (it got put in an unmarked box). The two rooms will be substantially usable soon.

So I'm moving a little but not nearly enough.
