I have added 2 double doses of Magnesium Oxide to my vitamin scheudule. Should I cut the Magnesium citrate out/down?

Ah - ok. Oxide is not very great in terms of absorption for DSers (for the magnesium benefits). It is however, great for counter-acting constipation. You still need the citrate for the magnesium benefits.
I take both with each dose of calcium and after years of issues with constipation I have finally found a great balance.

ETA - Oxide is not great in terms of absorption for normies!

Fantastic! Thank you for easing my mind. I was worried that I might get too much elemental magnesium. I won't now.
