I applied to do customer service for USAA when I attempted to live in Colorado Springs in 2019. I didn't pass even their first test! but I heard they were a fairly good employer, for whatever that's worth.

Apparently they are. A friend of mine’s daughter wiorks for them from home in TN. If she ever answers one of our calls, she has to pass us off to another agent since she is a friend.
