With plastics there will always be mixed reviews.

I fancy Costa Rica. You will need to come as well simply to keep me from leaving looking like Joycelyn Wildenstein.

I have survival skills in Spanish...not much more, but sometimes, all we need is to survive. And look for package deals...anything insurance or NHS doesn't cover might be available there for cheap.

Caveat...I'm not going to India with you.

That board just MIGHT be moving here. I have been in discussions with the person who runs it and the FB group and they want away from OH.

Just be aware that, for a while anyway, Monterrey (and I have been there a couple of time for medical things) had a HUGE problem with violence, with kids hunkered down on classroom floors as bullets whizzed by. I don't know when or if this problem resolved.
