After a 6 hr surgery I'm finally on the other side!

Thanks to all who offered their insight, advice and suggestions. Because of you I couldn't have been more prepared going in and for recovery.

Still fighting this gas but eventually I'll get it out (thank God for pain meds).

OMG Dave, that is such great news!!!! Once you stabilize and it all “Sets In”, mentally, (for me it took a couple months, but then again I can be slow sometimes), you will realize its like being re-born again. NO MORE yo-yo roller coaster dieting, EVER!!!!

I am almost as excited that I got to be the first one to say, “Welcome to the Dark Side” my friend!!!!!
