I think you should post a day's worth of what you eating was typically like before and then people can give you specific suggestions on what to add or take out from your diet.

Also, protein shakes don't do well with my insides. I tried so many different kinds, and I thought it was so many different things that were bothering me. Turns out I can drink them as long as I space them out, meaning I can drink no more than half a shake at a time, but on days where I need them, I drink half, then 2 hours later have the other half, and repeat if necessary. Maybe you can try this, it also helps me to remember my multiple batches of vitamins!
 
I think you need to relax and start over.

I have to drink in the shakes and the shakes are hard on my stomach but I make myself sip on them anyhows

shakes are just a tool - if they are not working, you can change it up. don't have shakes or try a different kind or make them with water instead of milk. (are you using milk?)

the main thing is to relax, it's all good - zen kitty says so.
