New to this forum.
Had RNY 7 years ago this month - never got "tiny" but lost over 100 pounds - have gained back about 15 and need to STOP the gain NOW!!!
I look forward the participating in the discussions here!

Start by tracking all your food, focus on protein and fluids. You can do this. You can also join in on the accountability threads posted every Sunday. You don't have to use actual scale weight but can say -/+ X.X lbs. Or use how pants fit, etc. The number on the scale is just ONE method to participate in those threads.
