It’s almost a bit like spraining your ankle, where the disordered thinking can pop back into your mind with just one small misstep, then BAM.

I'm sorry but not surprised, it sounds like a perfectly normal response.

I have been working on controlling my high blood pressure and am still not happy with my meds, while my NP sees this as "fine tuning". easy for her to say!
