Got email from Dr. K

I love using MFP (my fitness pal), it helps me to know exactly what I am eating each day. I also bought a great digital scale from Amazon. I weigh all my protein so that I know how much I am getting. It also helps me to not dish up more than I can eat. I just bought a Jawbone Up today. It works with MFP to track all kinds of stuff; activity, sleep, food etc. I am hoping it will make me get up off my ass more. Get in that 10,000 steps per day!
