do you know what's in the "kit"? doesn't say and the photo looks like a carb counter and a booklet of some kind.

The kit has 3 bars inside. A meal replacer bar, and two snack bars. I have gotten the kit before. It has an eating guide with lots of foods and carb counts. Coupons for products. I liked them pre-op, but post the sugar alcohols make me pretty sick.

It works I filled out for it last week and got mines in the mail yesterday. Very quick it also has a carb counter book include with coupons. Not bad!!
