Hi Everyone, I nearly didn't get to have lunch today I was soo busy - back to back meetings, not coz I'd ever forget!! :D

It's nearly hump day, so I'm a happy bunny!! :cool:

B Protein coffee (30)
S Cheese (20)
L Spaghetti bolognese w LOTS of parmesan (45)
D Fillet of fish (25)
Protein total (120)
F 72+
V All in (inc 6 calcium batches) nightime iron, vit C & copper & strontium batches pending
 
B #1 Yogurt, fried egg & butter coffee
B #2 was out...since our favorite diner was closed due to the tree people across the street cutting down a telephone pole instead of a tree....and not sure WE had power, we went over to Waffle House. Got the sausage//egg//cheese/grits breakfast bowl. Ate about a third of the grits but did eat the protein.
S /L: Two deviled eggs (total one egg)
S: Some popchips (about 8)
S: Fig bars (2) Found at Costco, made with whole grain
D: Roast & Fried squash

Vites...almost done
 
Shame about the first restaurant but it sounds a very nice breakfast nevertheless.

I should get some squash one day, unfortunately DH doesn't like them so I never get round to cooking it just for one.
